of music and entertainment in the city of Nacogdoches
and in the state of Texas with a firm commitment to
support academic scholarship funding for students
within the Nacogdoches county area.

Music & Interviews

Announcing an addition
to the
Texas Grand Hall Opry,
Music Contributor and Critic, Texas Red
will be the feature writer for Opry News
interviewing entertainers, singers,
musicians, bands, producers, and promoters
who pass through our doors.   

Texas Red shares her enthusiasm for Country music    
and reports on local, state, and national entertainers,  
musicians
, record producers who have significantly  
contributed and influenced the music industry.

She grew up in Houston, Texas and has been
in the music business 15 years singing  
and entertaining on stages in Texas,
North Carolina, Indiana, Wisconsin,
and Michigan.
Texas Red  is also a songwriter
always working on music projects. She has written
and produced 5 music albums with over 150 songs
to her credit and since 2006  has been writing and
performing for one of the largest rodeos in the country,
The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. She is also
a mentor and teacher for young artists and musicians       
interested in improving their vocal and stage performances.
